The Chapman'a Peak Half Marathon takes place on Sunday September 20, 2026.

The Half Marathon distance has club team prizes. The first 4 club runners times are taken for the team prize.
The race starts at Velocity Gym on Chapman's Peak side of the beach.
The finish is at Kronendal Primary School sports field.

Yes you can transfer your entry to a friend/ family member if you are unable to attend the Chapman's Peak Half Marathon.
The transfer window is open and you have until the Tuesday 15th September 2026 to complete the transfer.
You will need to contact the CPHM Team via email and include the person email address who you will be tranfering your entry to.
The new runner will be sent an email with a link to a registration form, that must completed before Tuesday 15th September 2026.
We will not be able to facilitate transfers after registration has closed and if registration is not complete by this time, the place will be lost.

The Chapman's Peak Half Marathon T-shirts were made to order based on the size selected during the entry process, so unfortunately, we are not able to change your T-shirt size.
Please ask at the finish to find out whether there are any spare T-shirts available in another size to do the swap.
You can still order a T-shirt, but it will be couriered to you after the event.
You will be able to collect your race number from one of the venues you selected on your entry form. If you selected to have your race number courier to you. Your race number will be sent to you 10 days before race day.

We are sorry, headphones / earphones are not allowed to be warn.
It is an ASA rule. For safety reasons, the use of personal music players with headphones during the road race is not allowed and may result in disqualification.
There will be water at each of the Aid Stations
There will be toilets at the the start and finish.
We do not provide energy gels/ bars. If you have trained using energy gels or bars or similar, you'll need to bring them with you on the day.
Please make sure you put your wrappers in a bin provided at the Aid Stations or at the finish.
Yes:
Yes, there will be a bag drop available to participants on the day at the start. Your bags will be transported to the finish.
Make sure you clearly mark your bag with your race bib number. You'll need to show your race bib in order to collect your bag after the race.
Small backpacks will be accepted and we ask you to leave any valuables at home.
All items are stored at owner's own risk.
No, we do not have showers or changing facilities on site.
Yes, a team of experienced pacers will be present at the event. They are identified by a flag carried on their back, displaying their predicted finishing time.
Yes the Sports Recovery Pit Crew will be available for post-race recovery massages.
